Senior Program Manager

Clavata, Inc. has an opening for a Senior Program Manager in Oakland, CA.

Job duties:

Create and manage a program to bring Clavata’s product to market successfully. Manage Clavata’s partners, including industry associations (TSPA, Tech Coalition, etc), academia, industry advisors, and global policymakers.

Help Clavata define its core set of content policies across a range of harm categories from Harassment to
Extremism.

Participate in Go To Market (Sales) conversations with potential and current customers to help drive adoption of Clavata’s products and services.

Engage with the broader Trust & Safety community, be a champion for Clavata and our voice in the community.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.

Requires 2 years of experience as a Policy/Program manager or a role/capacity engaged in Trust & Safety or AI Safety.

Must have 2 years of experience with Trust & Safety domain and technology, 2 years of hands-on experience developing or
enabling content policies for a platform.

Experience setting best practices in Trust & Safety, and 2 years of experience using business productivity software such as Jira, Notion and GitHub.
